About Harley Wilson Associates

Principal surveyor, Jamie Wilson, has over 25 years practical experience of fault diagnosis and condition surveys on a wide range of buildings throughout Devon and Cornwall.

Jamie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is more than happy to meet or call clients to discuss the findings of a survey, and explain more technical aspects first hand. Our survey reports are clearly presented in an easy to follow format that includes photographs where applicable. We can offer help and advice with building regulations and planning applications.

In addition to our traditional building surveying expertise we have extensive experience in asset management planning and stock condition surveys on schools, universities, leisure centres and public buildings.

We are also able to offer specialist advice on the control of Japanese Knotweed (Fallopia Japonica) and can provide custom specifications for the installation of Japanese Knotweed barriers into new construction and development.

Harley Wilson Associates work closely with professional arborologists, plant and groundworks contractors, and can provide comprehensive advice and project management of development and both private and public landscaping schemes, drainage and riverbank stabilisation.
